Lisa came on as CEO due to her vision and drive as well as her history of successful management of multi-million dollar corporations. Lisa was a fundamental part of the success of Wizards of the Coast as their Chief Legal Officer and Chief Financial Officer. She brings a unique blend of marketing and upper level management experience to the challenging position of Chief Executive Officer.

Tim began his career in the web design world as a support technician and html designer. Quickly realizing that the normal site structure that was being used to create websites was inefficient and sloppy, he decided to take his client's sites one step further and create sites that were not only beautiful, but had an elegance to the structure itself.

Tim began to develop a best practices approach to site structure and noticed that the sites that he designed ranked exceptionally fast on the search engines. Sites designed using
CMS 's lacked the elegance he was able to produce by hand coding the site. Realizing that there was a noticeable lack of websites on the internet today that could match this best practices approach, and with Lisa at the helm of the company, Front Page Rankings was born.
